Our Commitment
City Therapeutics is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity. Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
City Therapeutics is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception.
You are encouraged to submit reports relating to suspected violations of our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics or other policies and procedures, including concerns regarding accounting, internal accounting controls, auditing matters, securities laws or other rules, policies, laws, and regulations that govern our activities.
This system, managed by a third-party provider, Notified, makes it easy to report concerns, including anonymously if preferred and where permitted by applicable law, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, online or by phone.
You may leave a message using one of two methods: Secure Web Form and Secure Hotline.
The information you provide will be sent to our Compliance Officer and the Chair of our Audit Committee by Notified. All reports will be reviewed and addressed as appropriate. Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics prohibits retaliation in any form against a director, officer, employee, or designated agent who, acting in good faith on the basis of a reasonable belief, raises a concern or assists in the investigation of a reported violation. Confidentiality is a priority, and the Company will make reasonable efforts to maintain confidentiality, but anonymity and confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances, including where disclosure is required by applicable law or necessary to investigate or address a report. When reporting a concern, we encourage you to provide as much detail as possible to support review of the matter. After submitting your report, our Compliance Officer and/or the Chair of our Audit Committee may follow up with you with additional questions to ensure a thorough and timely review.
When you send a message using either of these methods, you will receive a 14 to 16-digit code that can be used to access the status of your message.
