Welcome to the Fractyl Health Compliance Hotline, where you can place a confidential and anonymous report for our Compliance team through our secured Compliance Hotline, hosted by Notified, a third-party hotline provider.
Fractyl Health is committed to conducting business responsibly, ethically and with integrity. We encourage employees and third parties to voice concerns or ask questions about compliance. Our Code of Conduct contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics.
Fractyl Health wants you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor, human resources or a member of the executive team in situations in which you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.
In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this secured Compliance Hotline. This Compliance Hotline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You are encouraged to submit reports relating to a possible compliance violation, as well as asking for guidance related to policies and procedure.
The information you provide will be sent to our Compliance team by the third-party hotline provider, Notified, on a confidential and anonymous basis, unless you choose otherwise.

When you send a message using any of these methods, you will receive a 14 to 16-digit confirmation number that can be used to access the status of your message. The Compliance team may also use the confirmation number to ask you, with complete confidentiality, for additional information regarding this issue.
