Teknova Governance Hotline
The SEC requires that Teknova provide a mechanism for the Audit Committee of the company’s Board of Directors to receive from anyone concerns, complaints, or other information relevant to the integrity of the company’s accounting, internal accounting controls, auditing, or other financial systems or practices. Teknova has created this portal and its Governance Hotline for these purposes. You can use either one to leave a message for the Board’s Audit Committee.
Please submit any information you consider relevant through this portal, or use the Governance Hotline 833.731.1890. Your message will be encrypted and anonymous, and will be delivered directly to the Audit Committee. The company’s management will not receive the message.
When you deliver a message using either the portal or the Governance Hotline, you will receive a 14 to 16-digit code that can be used to access the status of your message. The Audit Committee may also use this code to ask you, with complete confidentiality, for additional information regarding your message.
