You are encouraged to report any suspected violation of the Code of Conduct to the Compliance Committee. All reports will be handled in a confidential manner and there will be no retaliation against any Bentley colleague who makes a report in good faith, even if the report should turn out to be mistaken. All reports submitted through this site are encrypted and will be delivered directly to the Compliance Committee. This reporting site is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Understanding and acting upon any issues that exist regarding violations of the Code of Conduct is an essential component to Bentley's ability to take action and ensure the highest levels of business ethics.
