Enerflex is committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics in our relationships with customers, employees, suppliers, shareholders, regulators and the business communities we serve. To support this commitment, Enerflex has encouraged an open dialogue on this issue throughout the organization. In order to provide employees and others with a means to report issues or concerns in an anonymous and confidential manner, Enerflex has established this Compliance Hotline.
If you have not already done so, we encourage you to first discuss your concerns with your local management. If you do not feel comfortable in so doing or are not satisfied with the response you received, please feel free to contribute your comments through this interface. Your message is encrypted and will be delivered directly to the Company's Legal Department for appropriate action, as well as to the Chair of the Audit Committee for financial concerns and the Chair of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee for concerns related to possible breaches of the Enerflex Business Code of Conduct.
Understanding and acting upon any issues that exist regarding financial, accounting,and/or audit matters, and/or Business Code of Conduct matters is an essential component to Enerflex's ability to take action and ensure the highest levels of ethical conduct.
You may leave a message using any one of two methods: Secure Web Form and Secure Hotline
When you send a message using any of these methods, you will receive back a 14 to 16-digit code that can be used to access the status of your message. The Audit Committee or Human Resources and Compensation Committee may also use this to ask you, with complete confidentiality, for additional information regarding this issue.
