ENGIE North America (ENA) has established this confidential and anonymous whistleblower hotline to provide an interface for the receipt, retention and treatment of complaints received from employees regarding (i) financial accounting, business controls or audit matters or (ii) any violations of the ENGIE Ethics and Compliance Program or any ethics or compliance policy of ENA and its subsidiaries. 

Please feel free to contribute any comments through this interface regarding such matters. Your message is encrypted and will be delivered directly to senior members of the ENA management group for review and response. 

Understanding and acting upon any issues that exist regarding financial, accounting and/or audit matters and/or violations of the ENGIE Ethics and Compliance Program or an ethics or compliance policy of ENA and its subsidiaries is an essential component of ENA's ability to take action and ensure the highest levels of financial security and ethical conduct in ENA and its businesses.

Members of the ENA management group who review your message may also use this number, with complete confidentiality, to post questions or request additional information concerning the issue you have identified.
