Gymboree Group, Inc. has established a facility for the receipt, retention and treatment of complaints received regarding accounting, internal accounting controls and auditing matters in accordance with the Company's Whistleblower Policy.

Employees or other interested parties may communicate and report any concerns or complaints regarding the Company's accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters ("Complaints") to the General Counsel or anonymously via the Company's third party Whistleblower Hotline Service as described below.

Complaints may be submitted to the Company's General Counsel by either of the following methods:

  • In writing, either by U.S. mail addressed to General Counsel, Gymboree Group, Inc., 71 Stevenson Street, Suite 2200, San Francisco, CA 94105, or
  • By e-mail to

The Company's Audit Committee oversees matters relating to the Company's accounting and financial statements and is responsible for evaluating any Complaints. A copy of all Complaints will be forwarded to the Audit Committee.

Complaints may also be submitted anonymously to the Company's third party Whistleblower Hotline Service in one of two ways: Secure Web Form and Secure Hotline

Comments submitted through the Whistleblower Hotline Service (via web or phone) regarding such matters will be encrypted and delivered directly to the Company's Senior Vice President of Human Resources and General Counsel who will then forward such Complaints to The Company's Audit Committee and, if necessary or advisable, appropriate Company personnel
