Identiv is committed to providing a facility for anonymous employee feedback. This system conforms to the following goals we have defined to protect the employees and ensure prompt management follow-up:
- complete employee anonymity
- full tracking of the receipt, retention, and treatment of all complaints or hotline feedback
- differentiation between two major classes of employee complaints or feedback
- ability for management to request additional information while maintaining employee anonymity
Employees may use the hotline for two main classes of complaints, which will be routed differently to ensure proper and prompt responses.
- Reporting of suspected fraud or accounting, internal controls, or auditing misconduct or negligence.
- Reporting of non-financial employee misconduct, harrassment, or other ethical misconduct or negligence.
By providing management with the capability to understand and promptly act upon any unforseen issues, this system is a major component of Identiv's ability to ensure a strong control environment. Identiv's management team understands that this protects both our employees and shareholders alike, and urges you to contribute any comments on the above matters through this system. Your message is anonymous and encrypted and will be delivered directly to the appropriate management team member.
Accounting, Finance, or Fraud issues will be delivered to the Head of Corporate Accounting as well as the Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
HR, Harrassment, or other non-financial Ethical Issues will be delivered to the Chief Financial Officer.

When you send a message using any of these methods, you will receive back a 14 to 16-digit code that can be used to access the status of your message. The Management Team may also use this code to ask you, with complete confidentiality, for additional information regarding the issue.
