Lattice Semiconductor Corporation provides this whistleblower hotline for the receipt, retention, and treatment of complaints from Lattice employees regarding ethics and compliance issues. The hotline may be used both for accounting, internal accounting controls, and auditing matters and also for other issues where ethics and compliance are a concern.

Your message will be delivered simultaneously to Lattice's Chief Financial Officer and Lattice's General Counsel. Messages involving concerns with accounting, internal accounting controls, and auditing matters will be forwarded to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. Messages involving other areas of concern may be forwarded to another committee of the Board of Directors, as appropriate, and messages involving human resources matters may be forwarded to the head of the human resources department. Web form and email messages are encrypted, and voicemail messages are altered/disguised before they are received by any Lattice Semiconductor Corporation personnel.
Understanding and acting upon any issues that exist regarding ethical and compliance matters is an essential component of Lattice Semiconductor Corporation's commitment to ensure the highest levels of financial and ethical fidelity. Lattice Semiconductor Corporation will not retaliate against anyone raising an issue in good faith. The Company, and the Audit Committee or other committee of the Board of Directors, as applicable, will consider each message, and take steps as it deems appropriate, but the Company is not obligated to take any specific actions with respect to any particular complaint.
