Welcome to the Compliance hotline for Healthy Dakota Mutual Holding Company, Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota, Noridian Healthcare Solutions, Azurance Group Inc., Caring Foundation, and all affiliated companies (Companies). Using this hotline, you can leave a confidential or anonymous message for the Compliance Department. This hotline is a way to report your concerns about practices or conduct within Companies that may violate our Code of Conduct, accounting or financial practices, and other policies procedures and laws regulating our business.

When making a report you do not need to leave your name. If you choose to leave your name, every effort will be made to preserve your anonymity; however, there may be certain situations where we are not able to do this. This might include a situation where law enforcement or regulatory agencies become involved. Regardless if you choose to provide your name or not you will receive a 14 to 16-digit that allows follow up communication between you and the Compliance Department. It is strongly encouraged that you periodically log in with the 14 to 16-digit code to check on the status of your report, to see if there are any follow up questions and to leave additional information if applicable.

Open communication of issues and concerns, without fear of retaliation, is vital to the success of our Compliance and Ethics Program. Knowing this, the Companies maintains a strict No Retaliation Policy. Anyone who reports concerns of wrongdoing will be protected from retaliation for making a good faith report.

Information to include in your report:

  1. Describe in detail what occurred
  2. Include when the occurrence happened with dates and times
  3. Where did the occurrence happen
  4. List who was involved including last names

When you send a message using any of these methods, you will receive back a 14 to 16-digit code that can be used to access the status of your message. The Compliance Department may also use this to ask you, with complete confidentiality, for additional information regarding this issue.
