The Summit Whistleblower Hotline provides a secure and confidential way to report a concern, get information, or advice.  You are encouraged to confidentially provide your identity; however, you may choose to remain anonymous, to the extent permitted by law, by calling the Whistleblower Hotline. This hotline is available 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week and you may use it to submit a compliant or ask a question related to accounting, internal accounting controls, auditing practices, compliance with internal policies and procedures, or other unethical behavior within Summit Therapeutics.

Understanding and acting upon any issues that may exist is an essential component to Summit’s ability to act, thereby ensuring the highest levels of financial fidelity and ethical behavior.

Once you have completed the submission process using any of the available methods, you will receive a 14 to 16-digit code that you must you to access the status of your compliant. If necessary, the Chairperson of the Audit Committee or Chief Legal Officer may contact you via this hotline to request more information about your submission.
