Solid is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe misconduct or other violations of our policies or standards have occurred.
In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this Hotline, hosted by a third party provider, Intrado. Please feel free to contribute any comments through this interface regarding such accounting matters.
The information you provide will be sent to our Chief Legal Officer and, with respect to financial, accounting and audit matters, our Audit Committee, on a confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose.
You may leave a message using any one of two methods: Secure Web Form and Secure Hotline
When you send a message using any of these methods, you will receive back a 14 to 16-digit code that can be used to access the status of your message. The Chief Legal Officer or the Audit Committee may also use this to ask you, with complete confidentiality, and anonymously if you have so chosen, for additional information regarding this issue.
