Teamshares Confidential and Anonymous Accounting Concern Hotline

As required by the SEC rules regarding standards relating to audit committees, the Audit Committee of Teamshares (the “Company”) has established policies and procedures to govern the receipt, retention and treatment of complaints regarding the Company’s accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters, and the confidential, anonymous submission by employees of the Company of concerns regarding questionable accounting or auditing matters. As part of these policies and procedures, Teamshares has established an Ethics Hotline where any person can submit an accounting complaint confidentially or anonymously. The Ethics Hotline can also be used to submit any ethics related concerns or complaints.

Please feel free to contribute any concerns or complaints through this interface regarding such accounting matters or other ethics related matters. Your message is encrypted and will be delivered directly to the Audit Committee and the Company’s designated compliance officer. If you are an employee, you may report anonymously or provide information regarding the function in which you work. If you are a non-employee, you may provide information regarding your relationship to the Company. You should provide all relevant information concerning your allegations.

Understanding and acting upon any issues that exist regarding financial, accounting and/or audit matters or ethics matters is an essential component to Teamshares’ ability to take action and ensure the highest levels of financial fidelity and business ethics.
