The SEC, in the final ruling regarding standards relating to Audit Committees, requires that Pharvaris N.V. provide a facility for the receipt, retention and treatment of concerns about suspected or actual criminal conduct, unethical conduct or other misconduct including a (suspected) breach of (EU) and/or (US) law by or within Pharvaris, including but not limited to:

  • Accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters
  • Market manipulation
  • Insider trading
  • Confidentiality or privacy breaches
  • Theft
  • Fraud
  • Bribery or corruption
  • Undesirable behaviors
  • Violations of any other laws, regulations or Pharvaris policies

Please feel free to contribute any comments through this interface to raise concerns (also anonymously), without fear of retaliation. It alerts management to allegations of crimes or other suspected misconduct and helps ensure appropriate and adequate action is taken to address the situation.
