The Company is required to track, and particularly encourages you to report, concerns regarding accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters.  This includes, for example, any intentional noncompliance with the Company’s internal accounting and reporting controls; any violation of U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission rules and regulations; any intentional interference with a Company internal or third-party audit; and any other violation of applicable U.S. and non-U.S. laws, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the UK Bribery Act and insider trading laws.

When you send a message using any of these methods, you will receive a 14 to 16-digit code that can be used to access the status of your message. Please take note of this code as, if you choose to report anonymously, it is the only way you will be able to follow up on the status of your message. Please also periodically check into the hotline using this code, as the Company may also use this to ask you, with confidentiality, for additional information regarding your report.
