This hotline may be used to anonymously report violations or potential violations of the Astria Code of Business Conduct and Ethics or other compliance violations, including concerns or complaints regarding accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters.

Your message will be encrypted and will be delivered directly to the Chair of the Astria Board of Directors, Chair of the Astria Audit Committee and the Astria Head of Legal. The Astria Audit Committee will evaluate the merits of any concerns or complaints regarding accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters and authorize such follow-up actions, if any, as it deems necessary or appropriate to address the substance of the concern or complaint. Other reports, complaints and concerns will be evaluated and addressed in the manner determined by the Chair of the Astria Board of Directors and the Astria Head of Legal.
