Autolus is committed to the highest standard of legal and ethical conduct in all of its activities. In order to serve our patients and protect our business, we must act in an ethical and compliant manner. This Hotline enables individuals to report legitimate concerns of suspected wrongdoing without fear of reprisal.

Matters which may be reported include, but are not limited to, potential violations of law, regulations, the Company's accounting, financial or safety controls, the Company's disclosure and reporting obligations, and the Company's business conduct policies. Autolus will take appropriate steps to investigate reports.

You may submit reports anonymously and you can share as much or as little information as you choose. However, keep in mind there may be limitations to how the company responds to your report if you remain anonymous or do not share adequate information.

This Hotline is operated by an independent, third-party provider, and is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. When you issue a report through this website, all information you submit will be treated in as confidential a manner as we determine is possible under the circumstances. This means the information you report will be shared only with those who need to know in order to look into the matter

Autolus’ Code of Conduct prohibits intimidation or retaliation against staff members who report a compliance concern in good faith or participate in good faith in any investigation or other proceeding. This applies to reports made through the Hotline, any of the other resources identified in the Code of Conduct, or in any other appropriate manner.
