Deciphera’s hotline vendor is an independent provider, and they are committed to protecting the identity of all persons who use the secure reporting system. Submitted reports are shared with Deciphera’s designee(s), and while all reports are taken seriously Deciphera maintains the sole discretion on whether to investigate.
When you send a message using any of these methods, you will receive a 14 to 16-digit code that can be used to access the status of your message. Deciphera may also use this to confidentially ask you for additional information regarding this issue.
