The SEC, in the final ruling regarding standards relating to Audit Committees, requires that Harrow provide a hotline for the receipt, retention and treatment of complaints received regarding accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters. In addition to financial matters, the hotline can also be used to communicate compliance concerns or questions.

Understanding and acting upon any issues that exist regarding financial, accounting, audit and/or compliance matters is an essential component to Harrow's ability to take action and help ensure the highest levels of financial fidelity and compliance.
