IREN Limited Ethics Hotline Confidential and Anonymous Reporting

IREN Limited is committed to maintaining a workplace environment that upholds standards of integrity, accountability and respect. To support this commitment, this secure and anonymous reporting system is available to anyone who wishes to raise a concern.

This reporting system may be used to raise concerns under the Procedures Regarding Complaints and Whistle-blowing Protection (“Whistleblower Policy) or the Workplace Behaviour Policy. Reports may relate to misconduct (such as fraud, regulatory breaches, or threats to health and safety) or to inappropriate workplace behaviour (such as discrimination, harassment, bullying, or victimisation).

All reports are handled confidentially and referred for review and action in line with the applicable policy and process, having regard to the nature of the concern and any legal requirements regarding anonymity and data handling. You may remain anonymous unless you choose to disclose your identity or disclosure is required or permitted by law.

Employees and stakeholders are encouraged to use this system if they are not comfortable raising concerns through other channels.

You can submit a report using either of the following methods: Secure Web Form or Secure Hotline.

When you make a report through the Secure Web Form or Secure Hotline, you will receive a unique code that can be used to check the status of your report and to receive confidential follow-up requests for additional information, if required. Follow-up communication will be managed confidentially and directed to the appropriate IREN team in accordance with the applicable policy (including the Whistleblower Policy or the Workplace Behaviour Policy, as relevant).
